Now Accepting Applications for the 2026-2027 School Year

Effective Learning, Delivered With Care
Our microschool supports students in grades 2-4 through evidence-based, Direct Instruction methodologies paired with a nurturing relationship-centered environment. We combine clear academic structure with individualized support while developing confidence, persistence, and a love for learning.
A Different Kind Of Learning Experience
Our microschool is an education program offering a comprehensive, small-group learning experience designed to support homeschoolers. Academics are taught using Direct Instruction, a highly structured teaching approach that emphasizes clear modeling, guided practice, frequent opportunities to respond, and immediate feedback.
Students build strong foundations in ELA, math, social studies and science through thoughtful instruction and high expectations, balanced with encouragement and care. Lessons are designed with clear goals and logical sequencing to support steady skill development across subjects.
Families recieve guidance on how to support learning at home in ways that align with classroom instruction.
This is a tuition based education program thoughtfully informed by developmental principles and is not an insurance-funded service.
Curriculum is Curated, Not Selected
We thoughtfully combine high-quality curricula such as Moving Beyond the Page, Five in a Row, Math with Confidence, Michael Clay Thompson and more to create a cohesive academic experience.
Instruction is intentionally modified to support clear skill progression, strong foundations, and meaningful practice across subjects.
Learning With Real Results
Project Follow Through—the largest educational study in U.S. history—found that students taught with Direct Instruction showed stronger gains in math, reading, language, and confidence than students in more than 20 other instructional models.
In contrast, many child-centered and discovery-based approaches showed limited academic progress.
In our microschool, this translates into clear skill development for students who need support and meaningful challenge for students who are ready to move ahead.
Classroom Culture Is Built—Not left to Chance
We shape a classroom culture where students feel supported, challenged, and connected.
Friendships grow year after year through consistent routines that reinforce kindness, leadership, and effort. Students practice teamwork during group learning, develop respectful communication skills, and learn to support one another through shared challenges.
The result is a close-knit learning community where children feel confident, valued, and motivated to do their best.
Community Events & Enrichment
On the last Friday of each month, we host a free movie social open to the homeschool community. This is a great time for parents to mingle, while children connect in a relaxed, social setting.
Voluntary field trips will be held on a monthly basis as well and provide opportunities for our students to extend their learning beyond the classroom. These fieldtrips are optional but strongly encouraged and will typically occur outside of regularly scheduled class times.
