About

The Art of ABA was created by Nikita Pujara, BCBA, to serve families in Oceanside, California and surrounding communities through thoughtful, intentional work that honors each child's individuality. Across everything we do, the focus is on creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and capable, and where growth is approached with persistence without pressure.

We are grounded in the belief that children are more than their challenges and that meaningful progress happens when adults take the time to truly understand who they are, how they experience the world, and what helps them thrive. Whether supporting families in clinical or educational settings, our work prioritizes trust, connection, and high expectations held with care.

Background & Training

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience supporting families across educational, clinical and community settings. My background is rooted in psychology and child development with a focus on how early experiences, relationships, and learning environments shape growth over time.
My work has evolved through pediatric neurology, deepening my understanding of how brain-based differences influence learning, behavior, and regulation.

Today I practice ABA through a neuroscientific lens, combining evidence-based teaching with thoughtful structure, connection, and high expectations.

This breadth of experience allows me to approach my work with perspective and nuance, recognizing that development is complex and that no single lens ever tells the whole story.
